Our Beaded Crescent Moon jacket is inspired by the universe and all of  it's awe. It's a reminder that we are not alone and the universe loves us. This jacket is a representation of creating and making your own magic. Stirring up all your gifts, talents and unique traits to share on this earth. 

On instagram I shared an exercise from the book The Energy Codes by Sue Morter which has helped me access my authentic self and the love that dwells inside of me (which also dwells inside of you). When you start accessing who you really are, you will start being more in tune with the universe, with the small still voice inside of you. You will know you are not alone and everyone is connected and love is the ultimate healing energy. 

Here's the exercise I shared (my personal notes) please read pg.453 from the Energy Codes for the exact exercise.  

Find a quiet place, sit down, and imagine a person or pet who loves you. Close your eyes and start breathing in and out. Imagine that person or pet giving you love from the tip of your head to the tip of your toes. Feel the love. Double that feeling. Become overwhelmed with the love your loved one or pet gives you. Breathe. Memorize how this feels. 

Now turn that love around back to you. Feel the love you give yourself. Breathe. Feel the energy and vibration along your whole body. Now, double that feeling. Give yourself so much love. Imagine a light filled with pink, red and white light around your whole body. Feel the warmth it creates. Keep breathing and stay here as long as you need to. 

When you come out of it, notice how you feel. Loved. That's you! That's the authentic soul inside of you. You are this pure energy of LOVE. Do this exercise, I suggest you read her book and you will start to see the universe speaking to you. You will have amazing shifts in your life. You will be able to love and give love freely.
