The Fourth of July is America's proudest holiday, it's the day that we get to show the world how proud we are as a country and celebrate the freedoms our ancestors fought for. But even more so it's a day where we all as a nation come together and put aside our many different beliefs to celebrate the fact that we get to disagree, we get to all dress different, we get to have religious differences, we get to have freedom of speech, we are free.

Blueberry Mojito
Thanks to our friend Jessica at Novice Chief, here's all the tips you need to make this delicious drink. "Things you'll need : 1 cup of blue berries, 4 oz of rum, 10 fresh mint leaves, 2 teaspoons of sugar, juice of two limes, 6 oz of club soda, and ice. Directions: In a food processor or blender, puree blueberries until smooth. Set aside. Add mint leaves and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler (or the end of a wooden spoon) to muddle the mint and sugar. Add the lime juice, rum and pureed blueberries: shake vigorously. Pour ice and club soda into two tall glasses and then pour in rum mixture. Gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge, extra blueberries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately."
