With ACL buzzing all around town both last weekend and this upcoming weekend there has been one very obvious thing on everyone in Austin’s minds, festival wear. I teamed up with fellow fashionista and local style blogger, Jonie of Only if you love it and we headed over to Pink and Silver Fashion for a day of dress up. With the extensive collection of rompers, flowy dresses, kimonos and unique pieces in general we knew we had to start there. There were even fun, festive circle blankets and throw pillows!

I had the pleasure of styling and shooting in the fall collection of Austin’s very own boho-chic fashion truck, Pink and Silver Fashion a couple weeks ago and had to share a peak at just some of the unique but oh so on trend pieces that are currently stocked both online and on the truck. The perfect ‘ease into fall’ pieces for these warm Texas days, think kimonos and long sleeved dresses paired with on trend accents, hey palazzo pants can you say fringe?

It seems that everywhere you go you see fringe, from fringe boots to fringe jackets. Is there a wrong way to wear it? Can you wear too much fringe?

Keeping it simple, we styled Diamond with our Entice Me Fringe Skirt and a Boho Off the Shoulder Top. I would stay away from adding any more fringe. Pair this skirt with some booties and rock your favorite Boho ring and you're good to go! 

Wanderlust Fashion Blogger Sylvia with fixintothrill.com/ decided to pair our Entice Me Bordeaux skirt with a black top she already had from Forever 21. The pop of color is all you need to make everyone notice you. The clutch is a great accent to this outfit and love the open toe booties. 

Layering Fringe-

Local Musician Storm Calysta is rockin' double fringe in this picture. Notice the fringe on the kimono is not long but just an accent. That allows room to wear such an amazing statement choker with fringe. This outfit is perfect for music festivals, concerts, or just to be the biggest rock star in your group.

The best tip I can give you is not to wear a fringe jacket or kimono with fringe booties that’s a double negative babes!

This heavenly maxi dress from Pink and Silver Fashion makes me want to drop everything and jump in my car and drive for miles upon miles. Something about the mix of the delicate lace and the bright turquoise screams Southwestern and adding an arrowhead sterling silver cuff and tribal-y print handbag with distressed leather calls for a major road trip. Of course in said trip, I will rock out with wind blowing in my hair but during any pit stops, the floppy straw hat will be the perfect addition to this look. Now that I have my outfit planned, I need to find my partner in crime to start the adventure. Who’s in?!
